The CarpetCycle Story
Founded in 1999, CarpetCycle is a dedicated carpet collection and recycling company. We have diverted over 20 million lbs of carpet and padding from landfills in the past 7 years... (Almost 6 million square yards of carpet!!!) As your business grows, your disposal volumes are increasing!
We don't sell or install new carpet...we specialize in reclamation and recycling of the old carpet and padding from your workroom facility...please read on!
CarpetCycle Customer Cost $avings (residential carpet)
Analyze Typical Monthly Disposal Costs:- One 30 cubic yard roll off costs around $500.00, haul and disposal included.
- Example: 4 roll offs/month = $2000 in disposal fees or $24,000/year.
- We spot a collection trailer on your warehouse grounds
- Once the trailer is filled, customer calls CarpetCycle for a trailer "switch-out"
- One full trailer = approx. 3 roll off containers
- Each CarpetCycle trailer will hold 6,000 to 9,000 square yards of tear-ups.
- One sq. yd. of carpet = approx. 6 lbs. X 6000 sq. yd. = 36,000 lb. (18 ton).
- Avg. CarpetCycle trailer fee = $900.00 * 18 tons = $50/ton.
- Fee per Trailer includes everything: Trailer Rental, Transportation Costs, Insurance, and Processing Costs at our sorting facility in Elizabeth, NJ
- Your fee will depend on your location, and the number of trailers you fill each month.
